Shelta Cost Solutions Limited is a Limited Liability company registered under the Company’s Act (Cap 486) of the Laws of Kenya. The company was founded in 2014 and incorporated on the 16th January 2015 as a private Limited liability company.

Shelta Cost Solutions Limited was founded to primarily offer consultancy services in Quantity Surveying in building and civil engineering works on the strengths of flexibility and Shortest Turnaround Time (TAT) in production of information. The objective of the company is to offer timely and reliable advice on construction costs, contracts and construction solutions through partnership and innovation. Our services are spread across the project Life cycle that is from innovation. Our and throughout the construction phases of the project.

In the recent years the practice of Quantity Surveying has evolved partly due to changes in the clients· needs, expectations and as well as the emerging technologies. In response to these changes, the company offers additional services including contract administration, project management, feasibility studies, construction management, dispute resolution and management and monitoring and evaluation.

The ownership of the Company is 100% Kenyan by nationality. The directors have individually and jointly, successfully carried out professional assignments for a wide range of clients; corporate and individual, private and public as well as non-governmental organizations, and are currently supervising various projects locally and beyond.

The directors are registered professionals with the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS), having acquired substantial experience in the practice throughout their previous engagements with leading professional firms in the region; to their current positions in the company; handling construction project of various sizes, nature and complexity.

The firm has qualified technical and support staff with the relevant skills, competencies and experience in au aspects of the consultancy and construction work from inception to completion.
